LogicSource® Appoints New Managing Partner of Business Development

Norwalk, CT, February 1, 2018 – Kurt Kostur has been named Managing Partner of Business Development at LogicSource®, the innovative sourcing and procurement leader. Kostur is responsible for driving business growth, leading the company’s marketing efforts and growing the LogicSource Advisory Board performance through member recruitment, engagement and management.

Before joining LogicSource, Kostur spent nearly 30 years in senior level marketing roles with major brands such as Ashley HomeStores, HSN (Home Shopping Network), Universal, Paramount, and Bank of America.  He began his career in client services with DDB Chicago on brands such as Anheuser-Busch and General Mills.  Prior to officially joining, Kostur served as an Advisory Board Member and was LogicSource’s initial point of contact at Ashley HomeStore.

Kostur’s track record is one of quantifiable growth.  At Ashley, he helped deliver consecutive annual sales growth while stemming brick and mortar store traffic declines.  At HSN he developed and led a cross-company customer growth initiative that ignited 3 consecutive years of growth after a 10-year static customer count.  And while at Universal he led a brand re-positioning that netted significant market share gains and led development of the global marketing strategy for the industry-changing launch of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.  Kurt received a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Bethany College in Bethany, WV.
