David Pennino is the President and Chief Executive Officer of LogicSource as well as a founding partner of the firm and a member of the Board of Directors. Given the strength of the team he has built around him, David focuses all of his efforts on three imperatives: 1) Corporate Strategy including category and footprint expansion; 2) Product and Service Marketing and Positioning; and 3) Client Service and New Client Acquisition.
David has over 20 years’ experience in the Services and Outsourcing industry including roles as a senior executive at Williams Lea Group, Scient, and Gartner. David received a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College.
David has been married to his wife Elizabeth for 23 years and live in Charleston South Carolina with their four daughters.

Niki Heim joined LogicSource in July 2014 and holds the role of Chief Financial Officer, where she is responsible for the accounting operations of the company.
Prior to joining LogicSource, Niki was the Controller at Title Nine Sports, a women’s activewear company. She began her career by gaining four years of experience in public accounting where she worked on various industries including small business, government entities, and financial institutions. Additionally, as a Senior Analyst in the Risk Management team at a financial institution, Niki was responsible for leading the Sarbanes-Oxley audit, performing risk assessments, and she provided consultation on risk mitigation strategies and controls.

Jo has successfully delivered numerous outsourcing, technology and business services solutions with global, regional and market-specific objectives to some of the world’s largest and most recognized brands.

With nearly three decades of distinguished leadership experience, Gattuso provides a wealth of operational expertise and a proven track record of results-oriented success. Prior to LogicSource, Gattuso held significant leadership roles at Owens & Minor, PDI, Infection Prevention, and Covidien, a Medtronic organization. Gattuso’s 20-year tenure at Covidien included roles as President of Global Health Systems and the founding President of Covidien’s Sustainable Technologies reprocessing business.

Tom Stolarski rejoined LogicSource in September 2023 and currently serves as Managing Partner, responsible for the Private Equity business. Tom is focused on working with our Private Equity partners and their portfolio companies to drive measurable and sustainable EBITDA enhancement, improve working capital, and ultimately, increase shareholder value.
Before rejoining LogicSource, Tom was Chief of Staff for the Miami Marlins and Chief Operating Officer and a founding team member of a payments and software startup. He began his career with LogicSource in Business Development and eventually became the Managing Director of Strategy & Planning. In this role, he was instrumental in developing LogicSource’s business intelligence tools and resource optimization workstream.

Prior to joining LogicSource Mr. Pavia was the Executive Vice President of Business & Corporate Development at FM Facility Maintenance where he helped grow that company into the largest privately held maintenance provider in the North America. Prior to FM, Mr. Pavia was part of the management group that acquired Moore Corporation and then executed a roll-up strategy that ultimately led to the takeover of RR Donnelley & Sons in 2005. In the span of five years the team grew the business from $500 million in top-line sales to $7.5 billion, creating the world's largest commercial printing company.
Mr. Pavia started out his career as an Assistant District Attorney in New York, and later was a partner at the law firm of Levy & Droney.
