David Kirshner serves on the LogicSource Healthcare Advisory Board. Bringing more than three decades of experience in public accounting, hospital financial management and CFO positions in academic medicine, David is credited with engineering a remarkable financial turnaround for Boston Children’s where he spent nearly 15 years as the Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure at Boston Children’s, he helped found the Pediatric Physicians Organization at Children’s (the “PPOC”), one of the country’s largest and most progressive pediatric physician networks. He also oversaw the joint payer contracting organization of the Hospital and Faculty Practice Plans. Additionally, David previously held leadership roles at University of Rochester Medical Center, Valence Health, and Lifespan. Over his career, David led the financial turnarounds of three community hospitals in Massachusetts. He is a CPA who trained at Ernst & Young. David also currently serves on the Board of Noble & Greenough School in Dedham, MA.
