supply-chain expertise to the LogicSource team.

WESTPORT, Conn., August 4, 2025 — LogicSource, the leader in procurement services and technology, today announced that John Dockins has joined the company as Partner, Client Operations for their Healthcare division. Dockins joins from Cleveland Clinic, where he served for nine years as Executive Director of Sourcing & Vendor Management, supporting one of the world’s top-ranked healthcare supply chains.

During his tenure at Cleveland Clinic, Dockins led cross-functional teams responsible for direct and indirect sourcing, including purchased services, IT, PPI, commodities, and pharmaceuticals, helping the organization earn the No. 1 spot in Gartner’s Healthcare Supply Chain Top 25 for three consecutive years.

“John is a proven operator who understands both the financial and clinical priorities of a health system,” said Jo Seed, Chief Operating Officer at LogicSource. “His track record at Cleveland Clinic, and the discipline he brings to vendor governance, category management, and change management, will immediately accelerate our ability to deliver savings and resiliency for our healthcare clients.”

At LogicSource, Dockins will report to Seed and lead integrated client-delivery teams focused on implementing the firm’s Non-clinical Sourcing and Procurement Solutions, which blend execution-based services with LogicSource’s OneMarket® technology platform. LogicSource’s solutions are already used by a number of leading health systems to cut non-clinical costs by 10–15 percent, fund strategic clinical initiatives, and unlock working-capital improvements.

I’ve witnessed first-hand how LogicSource’s data, tools, and talent close the performance gap in non-clinical procurement,” Dockins said. “Joining this team allows me to apply what we achieved at Cleveland Clinic on a national scale, helping health-system CFOs and supply-chain leaders protect margins without compromising patient care.
