LogicSource® Welcomes New Managing Director of Strategic Sourcing
NORWALK, CT – LogicSource, a leading sourcing and procurement services firm, announced the appointment of Russell Dancho as Managing Director of Strategic Sourcing. As the Packaging Practice Lead for the LogicSource Strategic Sourcing Center, Dancho and his dedicated category team are responsible for reducing costs, driving innovation and delivering measurable savings for our clients across all areas of packaging.
Before joining LogicSource, Dancho spent over 30 years in senior-level packaging and product development roles with major consumer brands like Revlon, CONAIR and The LEGO Group. He has held multiple General Manager positions, managing both operations and business development for firms including Outsourcing Services Group, Helix Ltd., and Seber Logistics Consulting, and began his career in Engineering and Supply Chain Management, working with companies such as The Nestle Company and PepsiCo.
Dancho’s track record is one of technical acumen and operational excellence. During his time at Revlon, he was responsible for managing over $600MM in procurement spend, later rising to Senior Vice President – Global Quality and Technical Services and overseeing the technical management & commercialization of all new products for the brand. At CONAIR, he successfully grew the private label manufacturing and equipment business from $8MM to $184MM during his seven years as Vice President & General Manager of their packaging division.
Dancho provides a valuable combination of cross-functional expertise to LogicSource, blending decades of packaging industry knowledge with real-world experience in business development, account management and process reengineering.

Dancho has a Masters in Business Administration from University of Connecticut, a Masters in Science – Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and received his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Bridgeport.
