This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how LogicSource, Inc. (“LogicSource”, “we” or “our”) and its affiliates collect, process, use, disclose, maintain and protect user (“User”, “you” or “your”) personal information and/or business information through a User’s use of the Services and Platform (as such terms are defined in our Terms of Use, located at OneMarket® Terms and Conditions – LogicSource | Sourcing and Procurement Solutions and provides options for Users as to how we use such information. By using the Services and Platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not use our Services. We may change this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you by posting a notice in the Platform and updating the ‘Last Updated’ date below. We encourage you to review the Policy whenever you access the Services or Platform to stay informed about our information practices.

 

Information Collected and How We Collect It

Generally, LogicSource collects your personal to provide the Services, including the following types of information:

  • Personal Identifiers. Your first and last name;
  • Contact Information. Your email address, phone number and/or fax number;
  • Your company name, address, and phone number;
  • Transaction data. i.e., information about the requisitioning and ordering process for print that you provide to your trading partner(s);
  • Any communications you have with other Users on the Platform; and
  • Any other information you choose to provide to us.

We do not collect sensitive categories of personal information.

Source of Collection

We collect information from and about Users of our Services both directly from Users when they provide it (e.g. by registering for the Services and posting information through the Services for other Users to view) and automatically when Users use the Services. We may use technologies such as cookies and/or web beacons to automatically collect information relating to your use of the Services such as usage data, device information, location data, and stored information and files. To learn more about our use of cookies see section below, “How We Use Cookies.” If you do not want us to collect this information do not use the Services. Note, however, that as applicable, opting out of the collection of location information will disable its location-based features.

Marketing

By submitting a telephone number to LogicSource, you agree that a representative of LogicSource may contact you at the number you provide, potentially using automated technology (including texts/SMS messaging) or a pre-recorded message. You have the right to opt-out of receiving such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in each such text/SMS message, or by contacting us at the information provided below.  Providing your telephone number does not constitute an obligation to receive any of our products and/or Services.

If you provide us or our partners with your email address, you may be contacted for marketing and campaign update purposes . If at any time you do not wish to receive e-mail from LogicSource or its partners in the future, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions in the bottom of the email you received.

Please be aware that if you are a LogicSource client, LogicSource may continue to manually contact you via email (or otherwise) for administrative or informational purposes, including follow-up messages regarding business transactions between you and LogicSource. Such messages are not considered to be commercial email.

 

Use of Information

LogicSource uses the information you submit to enable you access to and use of the Services and Platform in a trusted and safe environment and to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us. LogicSource may also use the information to perform analytics, conduct research, or monitor and analyze trends in pricing and sourcing. LogicSource may aggregate such data in order to identify trends and, so long as such aggregated data is not identifiable to its Customers or any of its suppliers, vendors or other third parties, to use such aggregated data for its own internal purposes, and to incorporate such aggregated data in the Services and Platform provided by LogicSource.

We may also use your information to respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order or governmental regulations, or to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as part of a business merger or acquisition or as part of a bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceedings, in which personal information held by us about our Platform users is among the assets transferred.  We may also use personal information to protect and enforce our rights, and to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security risks, or other issues that could harm us, our users, or others.

 

Sharing of Information

Your information may be shared with other Users who need access to such information in order to fully utilize the Services. Information you elect to share with other Users is transmitted at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your information through the Services. We cannot guarantee that the information you share with others will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

LogicSource may share your information in response to a request for law enforcement or governmental authority for such information if LogicSource believes disclosure is in accordance with any applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes, or as otherwise required by applicable laws, or if LogicSource believes your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of the Terms or Services, or to protect LogicSource’s rights, property, or safety of other Users.

LogicSource may also disclose your information to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of its assets as noted above.

The information we collect is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes unless you request and authorize it. LogicSource, however, may share your data with our vendors for the purpose of providing the services, and will forward your data to your trading partner(s) for the sole purpose of facilitating your transactions. We do not partner, or have special relationships, with any ad server companies.

Where we disclose personal information for a purpose set forth herein, as applicable, we enter into contractual relationships with the third party requiring the third-party recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and to not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.

No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

 

How We Use Cookies

A “cookie” is a piece of text that is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies help us and our affiliates to improve our Services and Platform. They present the content from our Platform(s) in the most effective manner for you and your computer.

Our Platform does not respond to Do-Not-Track signals; however, all computers have the ability to decline cookies. This can be done by activating the setting on your browser which enables you to decline the cookies. Please note that should you choose to decline cookies, you may be unable to access particular parts of our Platform and/or Services, or particular parts of our Platform and/or Services may not function properly.

We do not track our users across time or across websites.
We do not use flash cookies on our Site.

Google Analytics

Note that our Platform may use Google Analytics. The Google Analytics tool uses cookies to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Platform, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate visitors’ use of the Platform and to compile statistical reports on activity for us. We do not use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any personal information of visitors to our Platform. We do not seek to link an IP address with the identity of a computer user. If you do not want any information to be collected and used by Google Analytics, you can install an opt-out in your web browser. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this Site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

 

Third Party Websites

The Site may include links to third-party controlled websites.  We do not share any personal information with such third parties.  Any data collected by or through such third party website is governed by their policies, and we are not responsible or liable for their information practices whatsoever as we have no control over them.

 

Users of Legal Age of Majority Only

The Platform and Services are not intended to be used by children under 13, and LogicSource does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13 or permit such persons to register as a User. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use our Services or send any information about yourself to us, including without limitation your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on our Platform. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will promptly delete that information.

By using our Platform(s) and/or Service(s), you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older. We are not liable for any damages that may result from a user’s misrepresentation of age.

Under no circumstances may anyone under age 13 use our Platform(s) or Service(s). Parents or legal guardians of children under 13 cannot agree to these Terms on their behalf.

 

Security

LogicSource takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Nonetheless, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data sent to us electronically through our Platform(s) and/or Service(s), and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

 

Governing Law

LogicSource is based in the United States and the information LogicSource collects is governed by U.S law. By accessing or using the Services and Platform, or otherwise providing information to LogicSource, you acknowledge that such information may be transferred to, and processed in the United States.

 

Your Choices

You may update, correct, or remove an account profile or any of its information at any time by logging into your User account. If you would like to cancel your account and use of the Services, or report any concerning information transmitted through our Services, please contact us at helpdesk@logicsource.com, but please note that LogicSource may retain certain information as required by law or for a legitimate business purpose. LogicSource may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.

For California Residents: Notice at Collection and Your California Privacy Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CCPA”), California residents have certain rights with respect to our collection and processing of their personal information.

As described in further detail above, in the past 12 months we have collected Personal Identifiers, Contact Information, Your Affiliation, Transaction Data, Communications, and any other information you chose to provide to us.  We do not collect sensitive categories of personal information. We use this information for the following purposes:

We do not “sell” or “share” personal information (as those terms are defined under CCPA), and in the previous 12 months, have not disclosed personal information to any third party other than as described in the “Disclosing Your Information” section, above.

  • We may use personal information provided by users of the Platform and Services in doing so in order for us to establish, maintain and manage our relationship with you so that we can perform the Services and provide you with information regarding the Services pursuant to our contract with you.
