The latest Tariff 2026 update includes the Supreme Court’s 6–3 ruling struck down broad IEEPA-based tariffs — and the Trump administration immediately responded by invoking Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974, implementing a new 10%–15% global tariff through July 2026.
