The tariff landscape has intensified dramatically through summer 2025. Steel and aluminum tariffs have doubled to 50%, new copper tariffs of 50% are now in effect, and reciprocal tariffs have expanded to over 60 countries—including 15% on the EU, Japan, and South Korea, 20% on Taiwan and Vietnam, and 50% on India by late August.

Import costs are now expected to exceed 15% on average, with particularly steep impacts in automotive, industrial equipment, construction, and medical supplies. The potential for 100% semiconductor tariffs and escalating pharmaceutical tariffs up to 250% adds unprecedented risk to technology and healthcare procurement.

Our report covers:

  • Comprehensive tariff stacking rules affecting multiple product categories simultaneously
  • Real-world outcomes of tariff impact across industries like retail, manufacturing, and healthcare
  • Procurement strategies to mitigate tariff impacts, including supplier negotiations, contract reviews, and alternative sourcing options
