MICHAEL LEAN APPOINTED VICE PRESIDENT OF VALUE DELIVERY AT LOGICSOURCE®

Norwalk, CT, May 15, 2017 – Michael Lean has joined LogicSource®, the innovative sourcing and procurement leader, as Vice President of Value Delivery, as announced today by Michael Braunschweiger, Managing Partner, Chief Procurement Officer. As Value Delivery lead, Michael is responsible for identifying savings, supply chain optimization and overall procurement value, when the firm conducts a Mutual Value Assessment (MVA) for potential Retail, Restaurants and Consumer Packaged Goods clients.

In addition, he successfully managed a team of over 300, harmonizing all IT / SAP and transactional operating systems across North America.

In his role as Vice President of Purchasing at the Henkel Corporation, Lean was responsible for establishing a strategic roadmap for acquisitions/risk management and developing an E-Sourcing model, generating $20MM in savings annually. He also worked as the General Manager of Henkel, China for three years. In this capacity, Lean greatly enhanced the company’s market presence and delivered 170% profitable sales growth with new innovations and sales channels.

He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from George Washington University.
