LogicSource Names Michael Krupka to its Board of Directors
Krupka, a veteran of Bain Capital and founder of Bain Capital Ventures, to sit in Bain’s chair at LogicSource
NORWALK, Conn. – January 27, 2015 – LogicSource®, a leading sourcing and procurement services firm, today announced that Michael Krupka, founding partner and Managing Director of Bain Capital Ventures, has been appointed to its board of directors.
Krupka, a recognized leader in the investment community and advisor to technology-driven companies, brings with him significant experience in early-stage investment in software, hardware, database, and telecommunication and business services firms. Prior to Bain Capital Ventures, he served as a Managing Director with the Private Equity Group of Bain Capital.

Krupka has also served in c-suite positions, including roles as President and CFO of leading software and services companies.
