Norwalk, CT, October 13, 2017 – Paul Iaderosa has been named Managing Partner of Operations at LogicSource®the innovative sourcing and procurement leader. Reporting toChief Executive Officer David Pennino, Iaderosa is responsible for leading the sourcing and procurement shared services centers in Norwalk and Dallas as well as the data analytics functions. He will also oversee all the respective tools, systems and processes that support the supply chain and data aspects of prospective client acquisition, new client on-boarding and existing client delivery.
A highly-accomplished global supply chain and operations executive, Iaderosa brings to the LogicSource leadership team more than 25 years of experience delivering superior results for Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain at Keurig Green Mountain.

The addition of Iaderosa to LogicSource’s Executive Leadership Team also provides much needed bandwidth for LogicSource’s longtime Chief Procurement Officer, Michael Braunschweiger, to focus his time and attention on the critical Value Delivery and process improvement work the firm’s clients require. “I am personally excited to welcome Paul to our team. Paul and I have worked together in the past and he is the absolute perfect fit to scale our shared resource centers freeing my team and I up to focus on the Value Delivery objectives for our customers,” said Braunschweiger.
Iaderosa began his career at General Electric, spending a decade in a variety of operations, logistics and sourcing roles, culminating in his role as Vice President, Global Manufacturing & Sourcing at GE Infrastructure. There, he held overall responsibility for 16 major manufacturing locations across nine countries and 1800 employees with an annual value of $485 million in sales. After GE, Iaderosa worked for HD Supply (formerly Home Depot) in a succession of roles including serving as President of Crown Bolt LLC, a company with $300 million in revenue. In this capacity, he delivered over $210 million of enterprise-wide EBITDA, cost-out and margin improvement within 18 months of his appointment. Iaderosa has also served as the Georgia Department of Community Health Chief Purchasing Officer where he led and closed negotiations for one of the largest productivity projects in the history of the state of Georgia in 2013 and launched a value-based procurement model that reduced the taxpayer’s cost and improved service.
Iaderosa attended the Virginia Military Institute on a four-year Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) scholarship. After graduating with a Bachelors in History, earned with distinction, he entered the U.S. Army as an officer. Iaderosa served several assignments in Europe including leading border patrols in Germany and working for the Defense Attaché Office in Luxembourg. He was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal (MSM), presented to members of the United States Armed Forces who distinguished themselves by outstanding meritorious achievement or service to the United Statesin 1995.  He also completed a Master’s in Public and International Affairs as a U.S. Army fellow while serving.
